Op 10 June, the voters can vote again for the members of the European Parliament. The far-right party New Right does with 25 candidates competing. A number of them has an interesting background. One part is taken from the LPF, but many have had contacts with more radical organizations like the NNP, VB or Stormfront.
25. M.J. Bajema (1979). Lijstduwer Marc Bajema Gouda presents itself more and more as one of the ideologues of the New Right. He is the chairman of the “Van Barneveld Think Tank” and regularly writes articles to lift the party at a somewhat higher level. Bajema therefore student of archeology and prehistory at Leiden University. Like a number of other candidates on the list Bajema has no trouble maintaining contacts with radical right-wing groups than the New Right. He is a member of Study in December, Opbouw en Strijd, an extreme right-wing circle who ever emerged from the banned CP'86. Also with the NNP, the political party that rose from the ashes of this CP'86, Bajema works sometimes together. Op 11 december 2003 he was active with the New Right and the NNP in Rotterdam. Then there is a left-wing demonstration against the government's plans for a stop immigrants. Together protest New Right and the NNP as “Action Committee for Ethnic Minorities Stop Now” against these left demonstration. In the months above Bajema also commemorates all sorts of radical figures in the NNP 11 September attacks in America and he tries in October to protest with them against pedophilia in Amsterdam. In 2004 He will be continuing these contacts; after an NNP-action day in Delft organizes the NNP Committee Netherlands Awake a closing dinner, here is next Michiel Smit and Marc Bajema also a large part of the present NNP framework.

24. A.R.D. Jansen (1957). Adé Jansen was regional coordinator of the LPF in Nijmegen and bodyguard Matt Herbert and Hilbrand Nawijn. He stood in May 2002 candidate for the parliamentary elections for the LPF. In his fight against the Nijmegen parking Jansen found in 2002 a striking companion. He carries with Oscar Hendriks a fierce campaign against a smart card system. In arguing shoot them here occasionally brisk and they even fear a “dictatorship based on slavery” and retrieve the Red Rouge there to indicate the degree of control needs of the municipality. This Oscar Hendriks is certainly 15 year round to the right of the Netherlands and Flanders. He was a board member of the far-right Catholic splinter game Dutch Christian Democrats (NCD) and is active at the Training Institute Wies Moens that has the same political color. Meanwhile Adé Jansen to the German Kranenburg moves.

At the Holland Hardcore web forum says Copier in January that he wants to go to a meeting in Haarlem. This meeting degenerated into a brawl between two coincidentally passing foreigners and a group of 25 far-right youth at the station of Haarlem.

Remarkably there for some time circulating compromising photos of Michiel Smit Internet, where he will attend a party with NNJ members and people of Holland- Hardcore. In the pictures Smit is among other things a large flag with celtic cross and the slogan “White Pride Worldwide” and poses a different present with a German helmet with a Nazi symbol. Smith recently suggested that he was at that meeting was framed. Let Rob Copier well have been one of the organizers of the meeting and very probably have made some of the photos. Copier was during this meeting incidentally by Michiel Smit shaved.

10. P. Reedijk (1982). Hagenaar Peter Reedijk's student musicology and played in several metal bands. He is a board member of the "Think Tank Oldenbarnevelt’ New Right and has been working at least half year closely with Michiel Smit. In January 2004 he is one of the organizers of the “More Authority”-demonstration of Young Right. Reedijk also has little difficulty in working with radical right-wing parties. He went in September and December 2003 certainly the street three times with the NNP on, among others to advocate for a stop immigrants.

9. M.H. Bijsterveld (1962). Marcel Bijsterveld lives in Schiedam and is originally from Liveable Netherlands. In september 2003 He is the organizing committee of the Secretary of the 11 September commemoration. This day commemorates the New Right with many other right-wing terrorist organizations 11 September attacks in America. One of the participating organizations is fascist NNP, which then also is present with a number of radical representatives.
8. L.N.A.C. Groothuizen-Trip (1964). Betty Groothuizen-Trip was in 2003 the treasurer of the LPF in South Holland. She comes from Hoogvliet. Eind 2003 she is the secretary of the New Right in Rotterdam.
7. J.J. Fisherman (1987). Jitze Jan Visser is a 17-year HAVO student from the Frisian village Broeksterwoude. In January 2004 he was still classified as a regional coordinator of the Young Fortuynisten in Friesland. He is currently active in Young right and he coordinates the county for the New Right. Fisher is also the press officer of the committee “No To Turkey”, which mainly against Turkey's accession to the European Union opposition. Young right is one of the organizations participating in this committee. The other organizations on the committee are almost all radical; Netherlands in the National Movement, a small network of several former activists from the fascist movement. And in Belgium, or better Flanders, do the Flemish Bloc youth, Posts and students of the NSV join this initiative. Just as a radical right club as the Flemish Youth Mechelen.
6. A.H.J. van Gool (1972). Better than he can no René van Gool from Kaatsheuvel present: “Titties and beer!” is his motto and that is Van Gool (alias “Box” of “Blokske”) full-length. He's been a number of years in the Dutch Skinhead scene. Van Gool presented himself inside as a right conservative sexist, homohater in geweldpleger. Not such remarkable characterizations within the skinhead-worlde. Concrete actions, however, were limited mainly to visit concerts and festivals.
That changed with the rise and murder of Pim Fortuyn as this he became politically active. Immediately after the establishment of the New Right Van Gool was active for that party and since then he runs off almost all actions and meetings. In his own region (Tilburg) He took various actions, meetings and get-togethers on legs. He is now interim chairman of the department of Tilburg New Right.
He is also an active participant in the Internet forum of the party. He is constantly on the go and there derails in tirades, verbal abuse and threats of violence against political opponents and ethnic minorities. When a young gabber Muiderberg three Moroccans shoot Van Gool responds immediately to the New Right-forum with a message “The world turned upside down…..” and three smiling faces.
He himself occasionally take concrete action against those opponents. When a group of environmental activists at Van Gool near occupy a forest, he started a bullying campaign. Furthermore, he is on a piecemeal basis in the process of gathering information about leftists. Very appropriate is the address destroy left rig @…com that he uses.

5. I. Bleecke (1961). Inge Ligeon-Bleecke also comes from Rotterdam and was formerly with the LPF. She was regional coordinator of the Conservatieven.nl in Rotterdam and walked around with Liveable Rotterdam. In May 2003 she is officially a board member of the New Right and later fraction employee and treasurer of the Rotterdam department. In oktober 2003 New Right performs with the NNP a short campaign against pedophilia. Bleecke is a member of the Cooperation for this and now also responsible for the New Right- organization “Mothers Against Pedophilia”.
4. The. Elsthout (1963). Wim Elst Wood from Haarlem is a veteran in the extreme right. He was both Provincial States-, as gemeenteraads- as member of parliament for the CD Janmaat. He is more than 20 years active within the extreme right and before he 1987 became active in the CD, he was with the Centre Party (CP) concerned. Elst Wood was always in the nineties, one of the staunchest supporters of Janmaat. Elshout called in March 2004 his former supporters on CD to transfer to New Right. He also ran in January still join the more authoritative demonstration of Young Right.

3. K.W. Berghuis (1985). Koen Berghuis is the president of Young Right and comes from Tilburg. He follows the teacher. In January 2004 he is one of the organizers of the “More Authority- demonstration” Right by Young in The Hague. He is also active on the Internet forum of the New Right and speaks as his joy as the Vlaams Blok again achieved a success.

2. A. Viljac (1974). Antonia is a quiet Viljac medicine student from Rotterdam. She would in March 2002 be a candidate for the LPF, but after a few men at the party office made sexual advances to her, developed one of the first quarrels within the party. However, it was Viljac who then had to yield and was not a candidate. After this she tries anything at the car lot Mobile Netherlands and she is a candidate in the provincial elections in South Holland. In de zomer van 2003 she is really active with the New Right. She visits several times the Vlaams Blok with them and takes action against a Kafka speaker at a seminar on extreme right-wing youth. Also in September Viljac commemorates the radical NNP'ers perform the attacks in America and try a month later in Amsterdam with the NNP action against pedophilia. Eind 2003 she is the vice-president of the New Right, and that's pretty consistent with her second place on the list of candidates. It fits the notation that it is very unusual that the board members of a party are also high on the list of candidates. This kind of power concentrations are usually still avoided within democratic parties.
1. M.J. Smit (1976). As Michiel Smit in all the number 1 within the New Right, He is also on the list of candidates for the European elections. Has now developed into a new right-wing extremist party with mainly Rotterdam supporters. Michiel Smit preys on a House seat in parliamentary elections in 2007. What Smit also already has it all on his slate?
Before the rise of Pim Fortuyn Michiel Smit was a VVD member, but impressed by Fortuyn he ended up on the list of candidates for Liveable Rotterdam and became a member of the LPF. He was elected to the city council of Rotterdam Liveable Rotterdam. Soon after his installation, it became clear that he had to be counted among the extreme right wing of the political group. Barely two months into the board he first came into conflict with the rest of the group when he wants to pay a working visit to the Vlaams Blok. This was, however, forbade him to anger Smit.
Real trouble came when Smith found that he, pseudonymous, was active in several extreme right-wing and Nazi web forums, including stormfront.org. Smith himself declared that he participated only passively to orientate. In practice, however, he was an active participant who made radical statements and offered his services. Nevertheless, he was allowed to remain with this excuse when Liveable fraction. In the following months proved Smit increasingly ventilate an extreme right-wing opinion, which led to increasing unrest within the fraction.
In January 2003 were he, after the fall of the Balkenende government, weather parliamentary elections. In the elections of May 2002 Smit still supported the LPF. In 2003 did he, along with Winny de Jong, along with the Conservatieven.nl. Except by extreme right-wing views who had Conservatieven.nl its program and an erotic photo series of the pull list star in a weekly, Party attacks on the collection of supporting signatures. To participate in the elections several hundred people had to be willing to support the party. Were late Smit and De Jong out that that is not so easy to organize. In order to get enough people approached Smit Wim Vreeswijk, former councilor for Centre Party, CD and Dutch Block. When that contact in the news was Smits position in the fraction of Liveable Rotterdam re-opened, but he was allowed to stay on weather. The participation of the Conservatieven.nl was a fiasco. The party barely managed to get votes.
Less than a month later, he finally had to leave the Liveable Rotterdam fraction. Smit had made a parody on the AEL website and placed thereon include a link to an article of the Vlaams Blok. Compared to his earlier miscalculations was hardly anything to worry about, but for Liveable Rotterdam enough reason to finally get rid of Smit.
Smit was not long party charge. He founded in March 2003 the New Right party and became its leader. The intent of Smith was with the New Right to be a right-wing SP by taking actions awareness and sympathy of the voters had to get. That resulted in the first year of existence a long list of actions and initiatives. Usually there was opened a website, one campaigned around the set theme to then move on to the next topic. Thus passed unsafe ATMs, food for the elderly, information on right-wing extremism to schoolchildren, the establishment of a mosque in Rotterdam, the punishment of self-defense in robberies, the war in Iraq, the attacks of 11 September and some subjects like action target.
A theme that was slightly deepened the Association Martijn, which represents the interests of pedophiles. New Right is a partnership in the campaign against this association with the New National Party (NNP). The two parties held several actions. The collaboration ended in merger talks and some NNP heavyweights came to work for the New Right Group. Eventually, Smith knew, however, some good forces from the NNP to steer his own party inside and then clipped off merger talks, NNP into chaos leaving.
Anyway, this was not exactly Smits any recruitment activity within the extreme right circuit. He visited the cracked barracks in Eindhoven during a concert by the Nazi band Brigade M and had very close contact with Holland-Hardcore, an organization / website for extreme right Gabbers. But maintains the warmest Smit contacts yet with the Vlaams Blok. Freed of Liveable Rotterdam he could go his own way. Smit visited regularly VB meetings and there was even a time speaker. He also knew Filip de Winter to get to Rotterdam and is Blokker Rob Verreycken in the Advisory Board of the party think tank.
After having a stroke in the round worked with recruiting people and entering into contact with other parties and organizations, Smith started from the end 2003 the party structure itself into the scaffolding. A regional structure was set up and throughout the Netherlands planned the party meetings and get-togethers. It Smit, however, found the necessary opposition and regular meetings were disrupted or prevented by opponents. The only circuit that is still somewhat off the ground in Rotterdam. It can take Smit regular meetings and also to appeal to a number of people for operations and management positions.
The ideas of Smith's surprisingly little to say. His ideological baggage consists of three pillars:
1. Anything not native's life should be impossible in the Netherlands as soon as possible to be worked out;
2. All the misery in the Netherlands except to the credit of immigrants also to the credit of the “left church” write;
3. The economy must be released according to libertarian concept.
The rest are good ideas is a hodgepodge of conservative-repressive slogans, die, depending on the subject and the actuality are interchangeable. Incidentally Smit has recently announced its intention to write a book about his political ideas.
