Tibor Rudolf Mudde was on 23 februari 1965 born in Amsterdam. He has long been one of the most important figures within the extreme right in the Netherlands. As a teenager, he becomes involved in the extreme right circuit and he is a member of the Dutch People's Union. In 1985 he is on the mailing list of the Consortium the Life of the widow of Rost Tonningen. This list includes many extreme right-wing activists and topnazi's.
The focus of Mudde's activities is at that moment, however, in the Netherlands Youth Front (JFN). This is a Nazi organization led by Stewart Mordaunt.
JFN the mid eighties, very active in the bulb, where Mudde longstanding lives. He is one of the pioneers in the JFN and kicks the treasurer. He is regularly arrested JFN actions. In May 1986 He is for example among others Mordaunt and Eite Homan arrested at a folder action in Arnhem. He was sentenced to 750,- fine and 4 week suspended prison sentence.

In the early nineties Mudde is very active within the extreme right. Besides working for the CP'86 he is also active in Outpost. Vanaf 1994 the tandem Marcel Rüter-Tim Mudde is the actual management of the CP'86. The rest of the board (Henk Ruitenberg as chairman) has virtually no input from any weight. Without the approval of Mudde nothing happens (In party circles he is therefore 'Stalin’ genoemd).
In 1995 the party is trying to get into the center of attention by calling out to the assembly line demonstrations. These are always prohibited and participants are arrested. Eventually deliver all these demonstration attempts some legal right-wing demonstrations. In February and March 1996 get the CD permits to take along with CP'86 demonstrations in Zwolle and Leerdam. In oktober 1996 Martijn Freling after a long series of conflicts by the party executive disbarred. When Voorpost sorority NLSV in April 1997 a song festival organizes Mudde is also present to welcome the Belgian guests.
In May 1997 is the annual Outpost Camp (that normally always takes place in Belgium) For the first time in the Netherlands. Mudde organizing this camp with Rüter.
