De Nederlandse Volksunie (NVU) takes in five municipalities in the elections. No sooner did the National Socialist Party in so many places along. A growth in the NCE is no question, however,.
National Socialism
The NCE is a pronounced extremist party. Strict rassenwetten, anti-Semitism and Nazi unit is part of the ideology of the party. Part of the party and its members, including party leader Kusters, convicted of violent crimes sometimes racially motivated. Recently sat Kusters two and a half months from electronic house arrest because of keeping illegal demonstrations. To further prosecution and a possible ban preventing party tacks currently NCE along the border of the freedom of expression. About the actual ideas of the party, however, no doubt. In november 2000 Kusters says to want to use democracy to undermine then. In the neo-Nazi Internet forum forum'Stormfront Netherlands & Vlaanderen', NCE where many sympathizers are active, let him know to have joined the SS, he could have lived in that period. NCE demonstrations participants wear Nazi symbols, dressed as Adolf Hitler or walk around in an SS combat uniform. Official delegations regularly demonstrate the NCE in Germany.
Thus the NCE in May 2005 at a demonstration in Marienfels present to commemorate the fallen of the SS. In the speech Kusters holds here he calls them "heroes" and he identifies with the National Socialist ideal of "a United Europe Countries of the Father." As usual Kusters is also furiously anti-fascists. An essential part of the existence of the NCE therefore consists of threatening political opponents. On the website of "Holland's most extreme party" is a part dedicated to information on anti-fascists and political opponents within the extreme right spectrum.
Verkiezingen
That a political party's right to exist need not necessarily derive a representation in a democratically elected body NCE proves. This has since its inception in 1971 never wins a seat. Yet the party ventured another attempt at the forthcoming local elections. Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Oss and Venray NCE candidate. NCE has little or no popular support. This manifests itself in the always low results obtained by the party in elections, but also from the membership of the party. Despite rumors that the NCE would have grown in the past year provide the candidate lists an embarrassing glimpse into the kitchen NCE. The party clearly struggling with a lack of framework. In five candidate lists only stand 18 names. It lacks these candidates usually also additional to any political experience. The lists of Nijmegen and Arnhem are almost identical. Kusters, Beumer, Priscilla Limbeek (1977), Reem, Willemse, Boerboom and R.W. are all eligible in two cities. That is the maximum legally permissible number of listings on which a candidate may stand.
NCE itself expects no gain seats, nor is the participation meant as a dress rehearsal for the parliamentary elections. NCE takes part in the elections in order to offer members something and generate media attention. A day after the NCE announces participate have caused destruction unknowns in the elections at the Jewish cemetery in Terborg. On gravestones and a memorial for the dead in World War II placed swastikas. Two tombstones were thrown in the grass. At the cottage in the middle of the cemetery are swastikas, SS signs and the name "Adolf Hitler’ aangetroffen. Everywhere stickers NCE found at the cemetery. Earlier this year, strangers like stickers pasted on the mosque in Terborg. It is not inconceivable that this destruction of enthusiasm around the NCE electoral participation are made.

Op 4 March wants to demonstrate the NCE in Nijmegen. Officially this action directed "against social degradation." That the Municipality of Nijmegen, one of the strongest social political programs perform from Netherlands, obviously irrelevant. In reality, the demonstration is a ritual attempt at broadening the freedoms of expression of the extreme right. NCE demonstrations at the focus of the government is always in the prevention of disorder and clashes with political opponents. This is since the NCE 2001 under the watchful eye and protection of the police openly and undisturbed glorifying Nazism. Protests against these NCE demonstrations are banned and prevented.
De candidates
Apeldoorn
In his hometown of Apeldoorn R.W. (1980) the lijstrekker. He is certainly since 2002 actively involved in the NCE and state “More security and solidarity in our national community.” He calculated pleads for more security is remarkable. R.W. has been convicted several times for assaulting asylum seekers. But of course that does not belong to his “national community”. In August 2000 he makes the news when he mistreats an asylum seeker in Apeldoorn with a group of skinheads. The men shout racist slogans here at. They were earlier that evening gathered in the former bunker of Seyss Inquart in Apeldoorn, which the group used as a hangout. The abuse is R.W. a prelude to more violence and convictions. So he has to 28 January 2001 after a meeting of Stormfront Netherlands an applicant a knife stabbed in the back. This earned him a sentence of six months in jail on. Rumored that he had to leave Stormfront Netherlands supporters to the police after he had betrayed.
This keeps the NCE not stop him 2003 to put on the list of candidates for the province of Gelderland. And since he also appears on almost every NVU demonstration. For example, the neo-Nazi march for Rudolf Hess in Germany, where the NCE in 2004 with a delegation to participate. In juli 2005 gets R.W. six weeks in prison for assaulting a boy Antillean. Besides Apeldoorn, he is also a candidate in Oss.
Candidate number two is Ralf Reem (1983) uit Apeldoorn. His name adorned in the party magazine "We Europe March 2004 still on a list of defaulting members. On the Internet, he presented himself as once “Apeldoorn Hooligan” and thereby put an image of the Nazi skinhead band Skrewdriver. Reem is also a candidate in Oss.
Oss
Thus we have already mentioned two of the three candidates in Oss. Remains the leader John (of Johnboy) Willemse (1979). Willemse in 2004 NCE joined and comes from Ravenstein. He played himself in the spotlight of the NCE board by following the collapse of the Stormfront Netherlands United Dutch Aryan Brotherhood (VNAB) to be set. When VNAB joins in a short time a fairly large group of young people gabber. Eind 2004 decides VNAB into liquidation and continue as the "Germanic Youth Netherlands' (IJ), which they live this new youth organization of the NCE in blows. Willemse is currently chairman of the GJN. It is unclear whether it is an advantage to get a list NCE, but also Willemse has a criminal because of his violent politically motivated behavior. So he tried 2001, after he spent twice the Hitler salute, to drive to a Somali family with his car. In the same year Willemse involved two occasions in abuse. He was in May 2001 along with several members of Stormfront Netherlands on their way to a party. Along the way they mistreat an immigrant man in Boxmeer. In a newspaper article about the criminal proceedings against him in that year is the establishment of his living room outlined. Which is painted in Nazi spheres. Willemse gets a great month prison sentence, and that was not his first conviction. The past two years he has often present at NCE demonstrations and meetings, including as stewards. He is also a candidate in Venray.

Venray
Venray is Christian Malcoci (1963) from the German Giving Broich on the second place candidate. The Romanian-born prominent German neo has long been politically active. Malcoci was in 1993 attended the infamous attack on a refugee center in Rostock, Duitsland. In 1995 he was sentenced to eighteen years in prison because of the continuation of the banned organization "Aktion Front Nazionaler Socialists / National activists' (ANSNA). This group saw itself as part of the National Socialist movement in the tradition of the SA and was banned in the 80s. To maintain the organizational structure of the ANSNA focuses Malcoci along with others' committee in preparation for the celebrations of the centenary of the birth of Adolf Hitler on. In 1995 He was a prime suspect in the criminal case against the spread of the booklet “Motion in Arms” that the armed struggle propagated. Malcoci also not so high on his anti-fascist opponents. He helped in the nineties in the drafting of the Einblick brochures, which mailing lists were political enemies, with the call while they “definitively switch off”. In May 2001 Malcoci is the official national secretary of the NCE Board, and from that time he organized along with five Kusters demonstrations. In 2002 Malcoci was even a candidate for the NCE in the local election in Kerkrade. In 2004 he was state candidate for the radical National Partei Deutschlands (NPD) in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The leader in Venray, there comes not from itself. It is the Arnhemmer Michel Boerboom (1978) who actually lives in the village of Driel, near Arnhem. He is also in his administrative residence Arnhem itself in second place on the list. Boerboom is from 1999 member of the NCE and since 2001 regularly NCE demonstrations seen. His hobby free-fighting comes him well in his role as the head of the security service of the party. In that capacity, he is present at almost every party demonstration. He is also spotted a few Rudolf Hess commemorations and demonstrations in Germany. Boerboom since 2003 the treasurer of the party, sits on the editorial board of "We Europe ', en heeft 'Mein Kampf' as lievelingsboek. In 2003 He was also once a candidate for the NCE in the Gelderland elections for the county.

Ondersteuners
It is striking that many of the handtekeningzetters in Apeldoorn, Oss and Venray unknowns. Whether this is due to the high turnover within the party, or to the fact that the party in these places did not previously participated in elections is difficult to say. Only a few had already been involved in an electoral participation of the NCE. Venray are some people who come from VNAB John Willemse. One of them is the 20-year-old Leo Bastiaans that occurs in the TV program Premtime as racist gabber and thereby loses his job. NVU prominent Tom van den Hoek (1985, below in the picture) also comes from Venray from VNAB. Apparently he wanted to be a candidate in his hometown, because he just put a signature for his party. Half years since he dives in NCE activities. He also holds the position of secretary of the youth organization of the party “German Youth in Netherlands (IJ).”

HAN
In both his hometown and in neighboring Arnhem Nijmegen is Constant Kusters (1970) party leader. Kusters is party chairman and sentenced several times to prison for violence and (fire)possession of weapons. From December 2004 he spent two and a half months of electronic house arrest for participating in banned demonstrations, including a Rudof Hess memorial in the Limburg Real. In the battle for the favor of the voters in Arnhem Turns Kusters enormously over his direct rival Henny Selhorst. This takes the Gelderland Centre Democrats in Arnhem in the elections and, according to him a drug dealer who just wants the money in the council. In 1994 Kusters still wanted fraction assistant Selhorst when still councilor for the old CD. The political career of Kusters begins in the late eighties with the CD and the CP'86. Vanaf 1991 He has a strong presence within the activist base of the Arnhem CP'86. He has already contacts with radical forces such as ANS leader Eite Homan. If CP'86 increasingly collapses Kusters takes others to ask the initiative Joop Glimmerveen to breathe new life into the NCE. In 2000 Kusters takes the helm finally over.

It is in the context of this article and to all entries demonstration, to sum up convictions and controversial contacts Kusters, but these lists are long become the last fifteen years. Only in the area of violence and convictions he is what bound. After a prison he elected with his party for a more lawful rate. Illegal demonstrations, violence, or violation of discrimination law since he tries to avoid. Or him that last will succeed, Opinions are divided about, but since he was a year ago, electronic house arrest finished he will not be arrested. Another remarkable fact is that Kusters like "a worthy memorial to Theo van Gogh," will simultaneously declares solidarity in his own party leaves with the anti-Semitic ideas of Mohammed Bouyeri.
In nummer 2 Nijmegen and number 3 Arnhem is Christiaan Beumer (1968) uit Arnhem. Apparently there are no Nijmegen NVU'ers who want to be candidate. Nazi skinhead Beumer since 1991 also active in the CP'86. He was many times a candidate in municipal elections, both CP'86 as for NCE. On the internet forum Stormfront he pretends to go to the black widow of Rost Tonningen to visit and have a picture of themselves with Ian Stuart Donaldson, the legendary singer of Nazi skinhead band Skrewdriver. He also creates in 2004 that he had an encounter with anti-fascists in Arnhem. Also in the nineties Beumer would have had a violent reputation, though there are no violent denunciations of him known.

The lags in Nijmegen comes from elsewhere. Vincent Kam (1970) comes all the way from Gorinchem. There he continued in 1995 already supporting signatures for the election participation of the CD cleavage Dutch Block in South Holland. He'd since 1994 have been members of this sister party Vlaams Blok. Then he dives into 1996 on a joint demonstration of the CD and CP'86 in Leerdam. Of which he is also CP'86 1994 joined. Then some time silent around him, until he 2002 start writing articles for the magazine We NCE party Europe. A year later, he joined the editorial staff of this paper and will appear with some regularity of his articles. In the March issue of 2003 an anti-Semitic cartoon of his hand is placed. If the NCE in 2003 to the States Elections in Gelderland it does is the comb of the candidates, and now again.
Ondersteuners
Among the handtekeningzetters in Arnhem and Nijmegen diving more than twenty people who already for NCE signed in elections. Six of them also has a history with the CP'86. Among them was the mother of Constant Kusters, Mrs. G. Reem (1948) uit Arnhem. She supports her son for years in his political activities, both at the time of the CP'86 which she was a member, as now with the NCE.
An interesting supporter in Nijmegen Henk Wijnhoven (1968). He was in the past a very unpleasant “activist” van de kring Nijmegen van de CP’86. The Nijmegen formed early nineties underground Nijmegen Liberation (NBF). Wijnhoven received a prison sentence for, but learned his tricks not finished. In the late nineties, he is guilty of a telephone terror to Green Left Member. In the process so against him will be carried forward to the man since 1984 thirty antecedents in the field of power, law weapons and ammunition- and assaults on his name. Apparently expects the judge as well that it is going to be okay Wijnhoven, because he gets a penalty of 2 months probation.

A remarkable act for such a radical right-wing extremist performed Henk Wijnhoven in 2002. He puts his signature to the House Election Participation of the LPF. How this party comes in contact with such a person is not known, but in the following years Wijnhoven returns to the familiar NCE-litter with participation in demonstrations and elections. The Anti-Discrimination Bureau in Nijmegen scares in March 2003 red, as Wijnhoven suddenly enters their office and take a picture of an employee, “with greetings from the anti-antifa”.
One of the men is the longest active in radical right is the Arnhem signatory Cornelis (Kees) Muhlhaus (1963). He put twenty years ago such signature support for the Dutch game Restoration of the black widow. He was once skinhead and active in JFN and CP'86. For the latter party he put in 1995 last a scratch when that party participated in the States Elections in Gelderland. Then it was quiet for more than a decade Mühlhaus, until now he still comes out of the shadows and supports the NCE.
Much less shy Michiel Forest (1967) that have on the Stormfront Forum asserts a similar career as Mühlhaus. Via the Dutch Recovery and JFN direction so CP'86, to end up at the NCE. But Forest is much more prominent than active Mühlhaus. He has long been the partner in crime of Constant Kusters, first as president of the Arnhem CP'86 circle (since 1991), and currently serves as ombudsman of the NCE.

The criminal Forest is not as well stocked as those of some of his party members. He has banned political action stand out 1995 when a group of fascists besieged the house of Paul Rosenmöller and then to the party congress of the Green marched. Michael Forest is therefore sometimes seen as the friendly face in the NCE. But this appearance is deceptive if you look at its activities. In the nineties he was the pivot of the anti-antifagroep Odin who mapped leftist opponents. In in 2004 he announces to the forum Stormfront that the NCE will participate in the Rudolf Hess march in Germany.
Shutter gates of this article is handtekeningzetter Louis Faber (1972) uit Arnhem. It had previously aroused amazement when he would not have signed, Faber for the last five years has been very active for NCE. He comes from the same circle as CP'86 Kusters and Michael Forest and was the treasurer since there 1992. He was at that time several times a candidate for the CP'86. Faber also has violent offenses on their criminal record, including for assaulting a colored man and for illegal possession of weapons. The police had a gun with ammunition and tear gas were found in him. Faber runs 2002 NCE on a demonstration around with a badge on his coat ANS, which indicates a membership on this very radical group of Eite Homan, the Autonomous National Socialists.
