The candidate of the CD in South Holland gives a hurry familiar image: Janmaat as Lijstduwer and beyond all people who walk around for some time with the CD. That it is now incumbent parliamentarian Pieter de Jong no candidate has undoubtedly something with his age (82 jaar) to make. The list includes eleven candidates, two women and nine men. Most (six) come from Rotterdam, three come from The Hague and two from Schiedam located at Rotterdam. The extreme right has always been strongly represented in the Rotterdam region. The age of the CD candidates varies from 39 tot 69, what an average of about 44 gives.
The party leader is also immediately the oldest on the list, Gerardus Franciscus (Gerard) Rieff (1930) uit Rotterdam. The retired prison guard has been running very long in extreme right-wing circles and originates from the right-wing Labour cleavage DS'70. Al in 1982 he stands for Centrumpartij (CP) candidate in the parliamentary- and municipal elections. Only after a change to the CD and many election attempts later he is in 1990 elected in the Rotterdam city council. Because he 1994 he is re-elected representative of the people been eight years in total. Even the CD is not satisfied with his work on the board. In 1994 he will be replaced as party leader because of 'radical passivity'. According Janmaat he says almost nothing in the council chamber. Eind 1993 he does still make an effort and rages against illegal immigrants and drug addicts. If other council members then ask him what he has in mind for solutions for the problems related to drug addicts, he stands with his mouth full of teeth.

In the Rotterdam divisional Rieff is in both CP and CD financial man. From certain 1983 He is treasurer of CP Rotterdam when he came with the CD he is in 1986 there also the treasurer. In november 1994 he takes a seat in the national CD-governance and therefore is also currently Treasurer Chronicle.
Rieff is a member of the shooting club Smooth CD and editor of the Rotterdam circuit sheet.
His wife Pietje (In) Rieff-van der Pol (1943) state candidate. She is just like her husband since the early eighties working for the Centre Party. She has always played an active role within the circle and do in Rotterdam 1994 kick as interim chairman of this circle.
In second place is the former taxi driver Hague John (Jan) Stoops (1931). In 1989 He appears on the CD scene as a board member of the circle Hague and candidate in the European elections. He had been a long time member of both CP and CD but never came to the fore. Stoops career seems a bit like Rieff, all he needs significantly less attempts at 1990 in the council to be elected. Stoops is also here to 1998 and knows little sensible to say. Only from the few articles that the man writes a little, we can get a picture of him. In 1989 he writes in a party magazine about drug crime: 'Antillean young criminals cut their usually older victims tendons to prevent their pursuit'. Furthermore Stoops gives mainly the image of a dull gray man.
Besides the couple Rieff, there is a faithful representation of Rotterdam. Gerardus Wilhelmus Maria Theresia (Wim) of Ginneke (1950) state candidate. He also became active in the early eighties and has always been a Janmaat trailer. He's like Rieff of 1994 tot 1998 councilor in Rotterdam (as chairman). The advice he is getting from the other party very unpopular by his tirades against foreigners. But his colleagues CP'86 are not fond of him. Of Ginneke let no opportunity to distance himself from his radical constant blood brothers. In 1996 he gets even quarrel with Janmaat when this release him from his position as party leader because he has accepted an integration project for immigrants at the Rotterdam police. His girlfriend is not happy with his political activities, making him since 1998 during elections ineligible places state.

The presence of Adrianus (To) Beerhouses (1959) on the CD-list is remarkable. In de zomer van 1998 he was in fact involved in the creation of competitive NNP and he spoke openly about joining other parties. He found that the CD had to be canceled because the party name was by no longer purify fringes and lawsuits. Dutch Bloc and the VNN approached him and he himself was thinking about a move to the disability and especially the Netherlands Mobile. Apparently eventually liked him anyway best at the party for which he has since 1994 is in the Schiedam council.
Last year, Beerhouses national fame when he was single CD was re-elected councilor. The Schiedam says he 'from disappointment’ joined the party. He suffered from a Turkish coffee in his street and politics did nothing with his complaints. Then came the CD and there Beerhouses did get a chance.
He finds himself right, but not a racist or extreme right. He once had a Surinamese girlfriend and he is not against the multi-cultural society and immigrants. Moreover, he prides himself on that he was never a wrong decision could catch. This is not surprising, at committee meetings he appeared rarely and during board meetings he was silent or made a comment that usually got no sense. What he does exactly the CD that wants the multi-cultural society 'abolish’ and opposes the reception of asylum seekers is not entirely clear. Or maybe, Beerhouses do think that enshrined the VVD not enough against economic refugees; "The VVD continues to talk, and that while they are in a position to do something about it '.
Furthermore tough guy Gerard J.A. van der Spek (1948) again on the list. Van der Spek since 1991 involved in the CD and state for many years as a candidate in any election in his region. From 1994 tot 1998 He was councilor in Delft. Hij wordt in 1995 membership suspended and 1997 CD decides to no longer lumping him because of years of destabilizing and demoralization. Less than a year later, Van der Spek appears again as leader in Delft and Rotterdam and now he may represent the CD so again in the provincial elections. That the CD has some difficulty with Van der Spek is very understandable. He has been imprisoned in England for smuggling hundreds of pounds of hashish, has been arrested in The Hague because of attacks on migrants goals and had long been a vigilante group in Delft to evict squats. He also threatened regularly anti-fascists and leftist politicians. Recently Van der Spek was in the news when he founded an action committee for two retarded Dutch convicted for drug trafficking in Turkey. He offered their desperate families to throw in the windows of the Turkish embassy with a stone where a petition for their release would be stuck with. The family broke startled all ties with Van der Spek.

Ook Dick Antonius (Daan of Niek) Meijer (1954) is an ex-councilor. He sat in the Leiden board 1994 tot 1998. This is remarkable because Meijer already longstanding lives in Rotterdam. He really is too radical for the CD. He comes from the NCE and has always maintained very good relations with the Nazi wing of the CP'86 around Martijn Freling. Meijer will not go live quickly in Leiden. In 1996 he was thrown by market traders in the pit, after members of the CD was trying to recruit. Also, attempts to recruit signatures for his party recently came to a violent end when his assistants were chased by anti-fascists.
The couple also Johannes Gerardus Hendrikus (His) Janmaat (1934) en Wilhelmina Berendina (Wants To) Janmaat Schuurman (1943) are on the list. Both have been around since the creation of the CD virtually all rulers. Janmaat and Schuurman were to 1998 for the party in the House. They are so well known that we are not too deep on they will go into.
Over the last two candidates has little to say. J.J. (Jan) Moll (1931) was in 1998 candidate in several elections and Johannes Leendert (His) de Graaff (1948) he applies that in 1994 en 1998 candidate for the CD was in municipal elections in Schiedam.
The Fans
South Holland is divided into four constituencies. These are Leiden, Rotterdam, Dordrecht and The Hague. Because the CD already has a seat in the States, it can opt for a centralized submission. One must then a, identical for each constituency, candidate at the Polling Hague handing, and that it has also been done. These four identical lists of candidates must be supported by at least thirty voters inhabitants of each constituency. Total has been so minimal in South Holland 120 signatures needed. That there are ultimately 131 become. Only in the Rotterdam circle is the CD quite easily managed to get the number of. Dordrecht it took some more time, but this is also possible without all kinds of emergency jumps. In the circles of The Hague and Leiden one signatures must recruit among the homeless and drug addicts to get the CD list adequately supported. Especially in Leiden this is done on a large scale.
Our estimate is that 35 to 45 signatures are put in exchange for cash, 10 tot 15 Hague and 25 tot 30 Leiden.
In this 131 people definitely sit 20 women and 43 men. From 68 people's gender unknown to us. 79 of them put it before a signature or are known right-wing extremists, 52 of them were previously unknown. In this course, also play a role in the recruitment practices.
Constituency Dordrecht
Dordrecht, it appeared briefly that it was not going to work out the CD to collect the necessary signatures thirty. Eventually, one still has 34 people prepared the party found support. This is almost certainly not invoked homeless or addicted. Only six supporters were unknowns and four of his family members of already known far-right individuals. De 28 others've already put a signature or his support in other ways been involved in far-right parties. In the region that is located west of Rotterdam exactly half of all signatures: ten from Schiedam, six from Vlaardingen and make one from Delft seventeen. Southeast of Rotterdam and Dordrecht Zwijndrecht lie that provide four and eleven CD steuners. The remaining two handtekeningzetters live in Oud-Beijerland. Sixteen of these people sex is unknown to us, further are the five women and thirteen men.
A known CD'er from Zwijndrecht Jan Cornelis van der Kooi (1926). He is from April 1994 to October 1997 for the party in the city council. His premature departure from the board is also caused by illness. Because he is not followed, the seat for the CD is lost. In his term of office he incidentally only mediocre performance. He had little knowledge of politics, did not understand or propose budgets and often voted for as he was against. He tried the CD as an ordinary party acceptable to present the, but the other council members knew better. In maart 1996 he admits that he is behind Janmaat words' own people first’ en ‘vol is vol’ staat.
Jan van der Kooi is originally from libertarian circles. These libertarians for absolute freedom in particular economic (very capitalistic so). Van der Kooi early eighties the chairman of the Rotterdam circuit of the libertarian Center. He is vice chairman of the Civic Party for Justice and Security, a far-right grouping of all fascist and far-right splinter factions. Begin 1994 he appears to be on the CD and is the leader in municipal.
The second Zwijndrechtse candidate 1994 puts his signature now. A.J. Beijersbergen (1915) is an older man who is also elected councilor. He is well throughout his term of office from which ends with the loss 1998. When he in 1995 a bank robbery has been committed, he asks the local newspaper The Dordtenaar: you guys write it that blacks were again eh?’. Beijersbergen also supports the 'own people first' principle.
M. Smit (1923) Zwijndrecht in 1994 the sixth candidate, but wants to Jan van der Kooi in 1997 Failure to follow the board. Smith continued last year its support for the signature Volksnationalisten Nederland (VNN) and now for the CD.
Two Vlaardingse CP'86-ers have found their way to the CD. In 1998 put R.A. Blum en K.L. Rider Vlaardingen their support signatures for this radical party, which then has come fully into national-socialist fairway. The CD can now count on their support.
Maarten van Mil Delft turn now for the second consecutive year, doodle. In January, he helps the neo-Nazi Ed Polman with the recruitment of declarations of support among homeless people in Leiden. As anti-fascists beset him so he pulls a knife to defend himself (see further down in Leiden).
From Dordrechter Cor J. van Gils (1954) has long been involved in the CD. Vanaf 1990 he is several times candidate and he's been a while councilor in his hometown. Van Gils in 1997 convicted of benefit fraud. He had not given up his board compensation and was awarded 750,- fine and two weeks suspended prison sentence. This was incidentally happened to him once before when he was black as a painter bijkluste.
Remarkably, the signature of L.E.B. (Bert) Heidekamp (1938) Zwijndrecht. He is the local NNP-chairman of the district Dordrecht. Vanaf 1995 he is running for the CD and candidate in the council elections in South Holland. In 1996 he collapsed ƒ 5,- on the bank account of Kafka in understanding our newsletter. Apparently he is interested in the ins and outs of his anti-fascist opponents. Last year Heidekamp was the leader of the VNN in Zwijndrecht and candidate in Rotterdam. He is not chosen. So remarkable that he also put his signature on the CD list. The NNP doing out like all kinds CD'ers to them defected and put itself against Janmaat and consorts, but it is still worked in practice.
This is true to a lesser extent for Michiel (Chiel) King (1918) Dordrecht. Contradictory reports say he is and would not have been involved in the creation of the NNP and so would be in the CD away. His signature now proves in any case that the CD he has not let go. This notorious slumlord was for years one of the main sponsors of the party with donations from several tens of thousands of dollars. In the early eighties he was chairman of clubs like Society for the Preservation of the Dutch People in the Free Democrats. Shortly after he appears at the Centrumpartij and the late eighties with the CD. He stands in numerous elections candidate with the result that he 1990 is elected by the council and Dordrecht here to 1998 will remain. King has been convicted several times for discrimination and racism from the end 1994 the treasurer of the Board of the CD.
Strange is also the signature of Robbert J. Veldman (1955) Schiedam. Veldman is a member of the Orthodox Christian Full Gospel Churches and formerly came from Haarlem. In the early eighties he worked briefly with the Centrumpartij though they trusted him at all. In the second half of the eighties Veldman chairman of the Association against lawlessness and Standard Blur (VTWN), a right-wing Christian club from Haarlem. The VTWN Veldman takes action against the South African ANC and he maintains good contacts with the embassy of that country. Last year he put his signature support for CD. A salient detail is that the VTWN was a two-man project of Robbert Veldman and Teus Vreugdenhil. Vreugdenhil is currently a candidate for the RPF / GPV / SGP list in North Holland and is since 1994 in the Haarlem council. The RPF'er has played a key role here in a riot in 1996. The Haarlem CD Group wanted to support a motion against a construction project. However, this motion was tabled by the Green and both parties wanted nothing to do with each other due to their mutual aversion. After some political corridors GL drew the motion, Vreugdenhil which could serve him in. Could now both the CD and the Green motion, seemingly without working, to support. However, the board was not blind, and this one-two punch brought outrage. Virtually the entire GL group had then resignation of its supporters.
Constituency Rotterdam
In this circuit, the CD, in our estimation,, not recruited have needed to get the signatures. Of the five newcomers to the list, four out of the same address as a well-known right-wing extremist or his family here from. In total there 32 managed to collect signatures. Twenty of the CD steuners have been known in far-right circles and seven of them since the election last year. There is only one handtekeningzetter really unknown and not to place. The CD'ers come from various districts where there is no over-representation of a particular neighborhood can be seen. Thirteen of them was the family with us and the same number is unknown man. At least six women have signed the list.
The first interesting signatory John (John) of Keijne (1961). He was in 1981 to the ancient Centrumpartij (CP) and is the mid-eighties for them in the Rotterdam borough council of Charlois. After the bankruptcy of the CP in 1986 he joined the CD. He is again very often on lists of candidates and lands in 1991 again in the council of Charlois. From 1994 tot 1998 he is in the city council of the port city. Keijne has been several times ward committee member of CP and CD.

Ook Mike van der Duty (1973) en Tammo (Tone) Koolhof (1930) Sitting 1994 tot 1998 in Rotterdam borough council namely in IJsselmonde. Van der Pligt wants after his installation, however, directly from the CD Group steps. He changes his mind and then party chairman. Eind 1997 go again rumors that he from the CD group wants steps. He would like to join the CP'86. In maart 1998 Van der Pligt However, again the faith leader for the CD but it is no longer re-elected. Koolhof state since 1990 regularly on electoral lists. and is chairman of the department of Rotterdam.
The following Rotterdam councilor (1994-1998) that draws now Ronald Adrian of London (1951). He is sure of 1992 involved in the CD and wanted to 1998 no candidate for the CD contains more because he could make more money outside the board.
It can not stop the former councilors because M.P. Verstraten (1940) is back in action. He was from April 1997 a year at Feyenoord in the council. He could have already installed a year earlier, but then did not show up.
Of a very different caliber Freerk Hijlke Siebren Falkena (1942). He is from the early nineties member of CP'86 and 1994 also of the CD. He has repeatedly put his signature on the CD. Falkena notable for his writings with strange philosophies about metaphysics and the racist Joseph Rulof. He gives the mid-nineties several unworldly brochures which is full of anti-semitistische hersenkronkels. For one of this brochure he end 1998 sentenced to several thousand dollars fine. He wrote about the persecution of Jews in World War II: "But how is it that this and could be specifically prophesied the persecution of Jews in the Bible? (…) Because of the karmic debt of the Jewish people to the crucifixion. The persecution of the Jews was necessary to free the Jews from their debt. Christian saw Hitler the Jews a favor. (…) Hitler, however, was not only the Jews, but throughout the world.’ Falkena also wrote articles in the extreme right-wing Belgian newspapers Gwenved (Breton for "white world") en The text, The comment was a Studies (Tecos, a new right-sheet).
Ook K. Klijnoot Rotterdam is responsible for the CD, Like last year, incidentally,. However, when there was more to it: Klijnoot simultaneously put a signature on the list of Volksnationalisten Nederland (VNN) and the CD for the district council in IJsselmonde. Something which is prohibited under the Elections Act, After all, you can only support one party.
And Renirie (1910) is an old man from Rotterdam in 1986 already was a candidate for the CD. Previously, he was at the Centrumpartij. In those elections 1986 he commits fraud with the signature list and is sentenced. Renirie was as a board member of the Indigenous Foundation Netherlands and supported last year, the CD also in elections.
The last signatory Nazi skinhead Edward (And) Polman (1973) uit Rotterdam. He's run this election process to recruit signatures for the CD in Leiden and get here 50,- by signature of Janmaat. Polman has been running since the end 1994 in fascist circles and group leader of the Action Front National Socialists (ANS). He is a long time pacesetter in the radical circles of CP'86 and NCE and has repeatedly been involved in mistreatment of foreigners. Polman regularly visits fascist demonstrations abroad and drummer of the Nazi band Landstorm. The only reason he is now at the, for him moderate, CD is active it will be money that gives him Janmaat. But it says a lot that Janmaat enters through his contacts with a radical neo as Polman.
Constituency Hague
In The Hague, at least the former chairman CP'86 Stewart Mordaunt been busy recruiting signatures. Janmaat also paid ƒ50 him,- for every doodle that he managed to get the CD. Somewhere halfway through the period that one could put the signatures at the town hall, Mordaunt admits there certainly collected six for the CD to have. Of the 32 support statements in The Hague there will be four people whose names appear on the address of the Department of Social Affairs and Employment. Eleven of the handtekeningzetters were previously not known in connection with the extreme right. This total of fifteen newcomers also connect in any way with known CD'ers (no family or cohabitants). We assume, therefore, that at least some of them paid for the signature.
Seven of the remaining steuners are known only from the fact that last year they also put their signature. Also of them it is thus not 100 percent sure they are real CD'ers, but because last year there were no reports of recruitment practices in The Hague, we go here but from.
The remaining ten supporters are known right-wing extremists. In total there are at least fifteen men and five women in this company. On the other twelve is gender unknown to us. The CD'ers come from various districts in The Hague, the Centre and the Schilderswijk are well represented and of course Views Mountain where the Department of Social Affairs is.
Among the real CD'ers are some people that are worth mentioning. Theodore William Blokpoel (1944) Zoetermeer is a taxi driver in mid 1995 tot 1998 is for the CD in the City Council. He was in 1994 called by his boss on the carpet because he CD material in his cab handing out.
Erwin Charles Karselius (1968) The Hague is the son of Will Janmaat Schuurman from a previous marriage and a major contributor in the party office of the party. Vanaf 1989 (the year he gets to stand for election) he is a regular candidate for the CD, but never elected. He is a long time member of the parliamentary group, but may in September 1994 the parliament building no longer because he has threatened a journalist. This journalist published shortly before his very critical undercover reportage on the CD. Karselius gets later 500,- penalty for this threat. He has a special interest in his leftist opponents and was once caught copying lists of signatures supporting election of the Labour Party.
The current provincial parliamentarian supports the party yet. Pieter (Stone) de Jong (1916) The Hague is almost certainly from 1986 involved in the CD. In 1995 he was elected in the South Holland States. De Jong was a board member of several associations orange. He is currently president of the Orange Association Princess Juliana The Hague. For his CD time he was active in the far-right Civic Party for Justice and Security (BvRV)
Ook Roelof Coenraad (Roel) Sangster (1925) The Hague is a board member of this association and orange was also at the BvRV. However, he is still longer. In the early eighties he was president of the far-right Dutch Christian Democrats (NCD) and active in the Conservative People's Party. Vanaf 1986 he is a regular candidate in several elections and the late eighties, he is chairman of the Hague CD department.
Rudolf (Ruud) Cutters (1936) is already a veteran. Vanaf 1986 he is many times candidate for the CD and he's been a while the president of the Hague branch. Notorious is his statement in 1994: "Now we keep us quiet but we are determined to be in a democratic way in the government. And then we kill off the whole mess'. He also gave tapes of singing SS other CD'ers. As of April 1994 Snijders short time councilor in Zoetermeer.
The wife of candidate John Stoops C.M. (Directly) Moesman (1930) was six times candidate for the party.
P.M.R. Wal (1969) from The Hague city council candidate last year for the radical CP'86.
Constituency Leiden
Leiden has recruited significantly by the CD to collect the required signatures. The former CD councilor Daan Meijer has received help from above the neo-Ed Polman and the Delft CD'er Maarten van Mil (see above). They have roof- homeless from downtown Bakery accessed and paid them money for their signature. Party leader Janmaat pay recruiters fifty guilders a signature that they managed to get. The sponsors themselves get these about half. After some of these homeless had been spotted in the town hall, popped a group of anti-fascists who were at odds with Van Mil and Polman. There are some hits and Van Mil pulled a knife. After this, the men chose their heels. Nevertheless, it was possible in this way to the CD 33 to collect signatures.
Of all these supporters only Danielle Miranda (Danielle) Tongeren (1970) to say with certainty that it is really extreme right. In 1995 she stood as a candidate in two elections Nederlands Blok and she's been a while the assistant of the Leiden councilor French Hoogeveen (he was first CD'er, later a member of the Nederlands Blok). Danielle van Tongeren took last year even though its signature for the CD.
There are in Leiden more links between the CD and the homeless. The former councilor Hoogeveen belonged at one time to two groups. He slept in the reading room of the City Hall and in various homeless shelters. He also had a while a room in a social pension.
Mark Martin Frederik van Tongeren, probably family of Danielle, set both this and last year his signature for the CD. He is, however, now inscribed on the Old Rhine 44, the address of the already mentioned center Bakery for roof- homeless. Just like nine supporters anyway. Furthermore, two people living at addresses where Maarten van Tongeren formerly lived and one CD-steuner in a Social Pension on Haagweg.
Five of the handtekeningzetters signed last year even though the CD and one live at the same address of someone who did this. Because there is then recruited would be best that they signed two years consecutively for money. But it may be of course also true CD'ers.
Two people that have a reasonable suspicion that they are "sincere’ CD'ers are, come only ones not from Leiden but from the village Zevenhoven, such that 20 kilometers to the east. At eleven handtekeningzetters not mentioned is no known name and that strengthens the ronselbeeld only. Live in Leiden indeed several far-right figures that are not on the list.
