On Saturday 8 maart 2003 demonstrate a small fifty right-wing extremists by the Rotterdam district Feyenoord. The route is short and mostly runs along the track through a sparsely populated area. At the spot where a new mosque will be built retain the councilor Florens van der Kooi a speech against Islam in general and against the construction plans in particular. He is also the national president of the New National Party (NNP), the party behind this little demonstration, and the party which he has in Feyenoord seat. Together with the former Centre Democrat John Teijn he was in March 2002 elected and returned the extreme right back into a political body (#1). But now, after a year of oppositions, the two-fraction is torn.
The quarrel begins in the run-up to the demonstration. Op 8 March, namely also an NVU demonstration in Apeldoorn which the Anti-Fascist Action (AFA) organized a counter-demonstration. Quite a calculating think some members of the NNP than AFA difficult in two places at the same time could demonstrate and head over head they ask the demonstration in Feyenoord. However, this steps they Jan Teijn on his toes because he was not of the plans is aware. He feels quite passed and openly calls out that he, and divisional, NNP demonstration will boycott. The day before the demonstration, however, settled the dispute and Jan Teijn end up doing just join.

Resistance
The air seems a few days then clarified completely as Teijn via his website a brand new Resistance “NNP Rotterdam Rijnmond” website launches. With quite a lot of enthusiasm, he has worked on this, and made all sorts of new sections. He also says the new divisional and shows for the party department even have a real online store. Here, for example, with a Celtic cross pendants for sale and also clips with white fists. The demonstration was an example of the organizers, Paul Peters, with such a badge. It is not difficult to guess what is meant by a white sleeve is within this racist party. Teijn alongside sells through this store CDs “various right-wing bands”. Some he calls also by name; with the title “Frank racing corner-mates”, he obviously meant the CD “Comrades” German fascist folk singer Frank Rennicke. This NPD'er was convicted of sedition even last year. Teijn here also sells a CD of the German Nazi band Landser, titled “Landser-The storm Brecht Los”. The German justice, this band currently suing for incitement to violence and hatred. The band has racist and anti-Semitic texts. Teijin also has evidently still be a supply of American music because the album 'For segregationists Only’ is available in two versions with him. These CDs are made by the band Johnny Rebel. This is a racist country music from the USA who openly sympathizes with the Ku Klux Klan.

Apparently this revealing store fits not so in the vein of Florens van der Kooi and the rest of the NNP administration, after a short time because the music items mentioned above are removed from the store. And this was not because they sell out so quickly shows a week later.
Then namely Jan Teijn announces his sudden departure from the NNP to. The reason he carries the new party secretary Paul Peters radical past, which comes from the Nazi Stormfront Netherlands (SFN). Peters is on Saturday 22 March as the national secretary and Jan Teijn sees this not sit. He fears that the NNP is a more extreme course and finds that Florens van der Kooi authoritarian behavior. Other NNP'ers however, claim that John Teijn himself was expelled this Saturday due to the sale of the controversial CD. Another cause for the rupture may lie in the fact that Jan Teijn and Florens van der Kooi're not able to get along with each other and that a fight was inevitable.

And that the radical past of Paul Peters such a huge stumbling block for Jan Teijn would not sound very convincing when you go Teijn's own curriculum vitae is watching. Initially he had from 1994 as CD'er session in the Rotterdam city council. Medio 1996 he joined the more radical party CP'86 and if this party end 1996 tear apart in a moderate and a radical wing selected Jan Teijn for the radical neo-Nazi side. He chose that moment for people who would be best at their place now in terms of political leanings within the NCE. People from these circles do Teijn part in a small demonstration of the radical-Odal Action Committee in Antwerp in November 1997. With fifty neo-Nazis including Eite Homan, Martijn Freling, JOOP GLIMMERVEEN and Constant Kusters demonstrated when John Teijn for reparation for volunteers in the Waffen SS and amnesty for war criminals from World War II. They wore include a banner of the NCE-German youth organization Youth with Netherlands.

Paul Peters
Yet Jan Teijn has a point when he sees a movement to the right in the appointment of the new NNP secretary. Met Paul G.A. Peters (1979) from Voorburg gets the party namely a radical fascist inside. He was indeed active within Stormfront Netherlands (SFN), an organization that was mainly populated by gabber youth who met each other more on Hitler Commemoration. But on top of that Peters was another co-responsible for the most exciting action from this controversial group. In april 2001 he daubed with two boys from Oosterhout a Jewish cemetery in the region. A shocking action which even Prime Minister Wim Cook expressed his disgust.

Peters still came away with a month in prison, compensation and eighty hours of community service. He had stated in court that he was out of SFN and that he nevertheless regretted the action. However, he was still always behind the slogans (such as “Jew Raus” en “Wir sind zurück”) and declared to be a Muslim hater who from his fourteenth active as a right-wing extremist. His statement about his departure from SFN, however, stands by an incredible light as Peters a few weeks after his trial resumes in a folder action by the organization in Nijmegen. A group of anti-fascists dispels the SPS party than before they can withdraw the center.
In a discussion of the NNP-argument on the far-right internet forum Polinco says “De Ruyter” Antwerp there ever been a picture in the SFN Storm News magazine is the first meeting of Stormfront Netherlands. In this photo, the participants would, including Paul Peters, with “an erection in their right arm” have stood. In other words; they brought are all the Hitler salute. That ended up such a person in the central management of the NNP says a lot about this game.

1#: Officially recent years there has always been an extreme right-wing participation in a political body, but CD'er Ad Beerhouses had until March 2003 the only one that was still about. He sat in the Schiedam council, but because of his constant absence can be difficult to speak of an active participation.
