Today the former directors had Wim Beaux (voorzitter) Marc de Boer (secretaris) of the far-right party People's Nationalists Netherlands (VNN) report to the police court in The Hague.
The Prosecution argued that they had been guilty of discrimination by publications on the homepage of the VNN. The magistrate sentenced both to one month cell. The VNN was the successor of the CP'86, after party was torn. The VNN has been raised again and passed into the New National Party (NNP).
