In Den Haag is a criminal case in court against SP-councilor from Zoetermeer. The councilor had in June 2014 Hilbrand Nawijn called a racist who discriminated, because Nawijn opponent of Islamic schools and schools of other religions do want to allow. Hilbrand Nawijn council is also Zoetermeer, on behalf of its own Lijst Hilbrand Nawijn. He complained SP'Er for libel, defamation and insult. The judge wants the SP"Do not persecute him and speak freely. Nawijn is angry here and go into appeal.
