The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights is ruling in a case of a Turkish-Dutch applicant submitted in February 2015 was rejected by an ICT company Naarden. At the time, he had simultaneously submitted a similar application under a Dutch fake name. That fake application was taken into consideration. The Board states that there were such large differences between the two CVs in the application letters, that it cannot be concluded that there has been discrimination.
