Nazi’s in de Bak

Five October by the court in Dordrecht condemned a number of neo-Nazis for attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault and inciting hatred and discrimination. Regrets the absence. Political friends of the perpetrators started a solidarity campaign.

In de nacht van 19 op 20 May visited Michael Krick, Stefan Verkooyen, Exp, Robbie Groeneveld and two other men in a cafe together Papendrecht Papendrecht. Afterwards they waited a 49-year-old man on Antillean, also in the bar was. They beat him up. Racist.

Michael Krick
Robbie Groeneveld

Earlier in the evening, Michael Krick indicated to an employee of the cafe given that he was not allowed to speak with “the black“. By closing the group shouted racist slogans and brought the Hitler salute. A visitor heard one person from the group Nazis say: “We must be quick, he's already gone.”
Once out come was provocative brought the Hitler salute and comments were made against the victim as “Africa for monkeys”. When the Antillean man about a comment made was this from the group used as a reason to save him from his bike, store with a beer bottle in the face and to punch in the face. After he had fallen he was kicked several times on the ground. Crawl, he can finally escape his attackers.

The effects of the abuse appear to be particularly serious. The victim appeared to be a broken eye socket, two broken ribs, have a severely damaged upper teeth and concussion. He is four days in the hospital and undergo surgery. His right eye is so damaged that he thus never be able to see well.

Arrest
After the victim on Monday 22 May, reported to the police launched an investigation into the incident. After identification of the perpetrators, were arrested six people involved. Groeneveld, Verkooyen most Krick already, as alleged main perpetrators, eventually three months in custody. The others after a short time were at liberty, but remained suspicious. Had that, In addition to their presence in the abuse, also deal with things that were found in various raids: stacks Nazi T-shirts and severals weapons.

Meanwhile, the Racial Volunteer Force started (RVF), a radical wing of the neo-Nazi Blood & Honour network, a solidarity campaign for Groeneveld and Krick. They were considered to be “political prisoners”. Through the mailbox of RVF leader Eite Homan were letters sent to them. In addition, money could be deposited in the bank account of Michael Krick.
Some RVF activists, including Homan and Alwin Walther, also visited the trial in Dordrecht.

Stefan Verkooyen

Stefan Verkooyen, former guitarist for Brigade M, was emphatically not supported from the RVF. Verkooyen had incriminating statements relative Krick and Groeneveld made to the police. He accused them to be the perpetrators of the abuse, to defend themselves. Because the various statements contradicted each other and the role of Verkooyen was anything but innocent he remained in custody.
Verkooyen and his lawyer tried to put him down during the trial as an unfortunate follower. He would not be as radical as the others and have now been done away again his ideas. As an example, the lawyer called the departure of Verkooyen from Brigade M due to insufficient radical ideas. That is a remarkable lie: Verkooyen made namely with Dave Blom since 2003 no longer part of Brigade M because of their love of National Socialism, that was not consistent with the ideological line of the band.
The court ultimately sentenced him to two years in prison for aggravated assault, possession of a hand grenade, firearms and ammunition.

On the Nazi Internet forum Stormfront incriminating statements which have made Verkooyen be considered treason, followed or not followed veiled threats against him. So Krick shared via an open letter to Verkooyen note: “Judas, your former comrades will not forget you! Or as the old RAF said: If time, Counsel is, A is(ttentat)!” (-Translation: “Arrive time, coming council, coming attack!”)

Michael Krick shows the process times – despite his own denial – to be the main culprit. He had started beating and the heaviest assaults (hit with beer bottle, kicking with combat boots to the head of the victim) on his conscience.
Krick is a thirty neo from Germany. Because of his political activities he ran in Germany 1999 against a half years in prison on. After his release, however, he went on the same foot and was therefore in 2001 fleeing the German justice. Who suspected him of various offenses. In the Netherlands he found hiding places with activists from the corner of the Dutch People's Union (NVU), the party where he currently also active for was.
Krick aired his radical ideas also in the NCE. He shouted during a meeting on NCE to commit attacks against judges and prosecutors. On the Internet, he called for committing attacks on synagogues while these are full of people. Currently Krick is an active member of the RVF.
The lawsuit resulted in him being sentenced to three years in prison for attempted murder and possession of racist T-Shirts.

Robbie Groeneveld know as Krick inside the prison walls for some time. In 2001 He has already been sentenced to one and a half years in prison for attempted murder. This had to do with his activities Stormfront Netherlands (SFN). At a meeting of this group was a random black man stabbed in the street. Here, Groeneveld was involved in. After his release, he has worked on the creation of the Action Front South Holland South (AFZHZ). Describes itself as a small group of deliberate activists committed to fighting people strange properties within our country.
Following the action in Papendrecht he was sentenced to 21 months in prison for attempted aggravated assault, possession of weapons and possession of racist T-Shirts.

Exp, NCE activist and friend of Krick, has been sentenced to three months because of gun ownership and possession of racist T-Shirts.
The penalties Verkooyen, Krick and Groeneveld has sharply, the penalty for EM is certainly remarkable. Her conviction was based almost entirely on the possession of a vooraadje with the texts T-Shirts “Combat 18. Whatever it Takes” en “Destroy Zionism”. The final slogan was accompanied by the illustration below.

Destroy Zionism

Racism
All in all, are relatively heavy penalties handed out. The reason for this lies in the fact that no convictions for normal brawl, but a politically motivated. The Antillean man is attacked because he is not white, but lives in the Netherlands. And consider that activists NCE, RVF and AFZHZ as a nation strange situation, which should be fought. The court saw through that racist motive and have this as an aggravating circumstance it weighed.

Effects
This view contrasts sharply with the attitude of mayors that have to do with NVU demonstrations in their communities. The demonstrations of this party, which take place several times a year, are best characterized as havens for the glorification of Nazism. T-shirts above, and similar articles of clothing, banners and tattoos, are well represented among the participants. Additionally slogans have as “Fame and ore the Waffen SS” en “Germany Awake!” just as well to instill fear in the set, to offend, discrimination and incitement to hatred and racism. Mayors however grab repeatedly not against these offenses. Preventing escalations between the extreme right participants and the public or the police usually have ample precedence over the protection of society against racism, anti-Semitism and hatred. This court order may provide insights and possibilities for the future.

Update
