The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a Pakistani-Dutch student from Amsterdam against an Israeli air carrier with a branch in Amstelveen. The student has a dark skin and was in January 2011 much heavier checked for Schiphol, then her white fellow travelers. The Board proposes that the airline made a distinction prohibitions against the student based on race. No distinction shall be determined on the basis of nationality, political opinion or religion.
