A man from Dedemsvaart get from the magistrate in Zwolle a short community service for insulting a city guard in Hardenberg in december 2013. Initially, the man is also accused of discrimination because he complained about the inadequate integration of foreigners. This fact, however, does not provide enough evidence of discrimination and therefore insulting is only penalized.
