The Board for the Protection of Human Rights shall decide on the complaint of a man and his Filipino wife against two finance companies Den Haag and a third out Eindhoven. Also, a guarantee of Zoetermeer is part of the complaint. The couple gets a mortgage because the woman does not have a residence permit. The Board proposes that no unlawful discrimination was made on grounds of nationality. The requirement for a residence permit is legitimate because the woman co-owner of a house would be in Netherlands. They should be able to live legally in order to pay off her mortgage.
