The Court of Appeal in Arnhem does appeal ruling against three NVU activists in late May 2011 criminal slogans against Muslims groups in a NVU demonstration in Enschede. Here they were in February 2013 already condemned, but the trio appealed. also gives the Court NVU-voorzitter Constant Kusters and activists Robert Jan Koelewaard en Mike Brand from Purmerend weather punishment. They get all three 500 euro fine and propose again that they do not bring it here once. They say they will go to the Supreme Court.
