The man was then involved in a brawl and was arrested because he refused to leave when police sent him. Against a cop with a dark complexion he had when “cancer black uniform” called. The student defends himself by arguing that he was talking about the color of the uniform of the policeman. Because the criminal file contains ambiguities, court acquits student.
