The Court of Appeal in Den Bosch speaks in appeal 25 old man from Helmond free. He had in September 2012 in Handel (municipality Gemert-Bakel) threatened a nightclub doorman with death. Then he insulted the police station in Beek en Donk an agent with the ruling “you happy monkey”. The man from Helmond was awarded in August 2014 a fine of five hundred euro. However, the Court has found sufficient evidence that he would have threatened the doorman. Moreover, “happy monkey” no criminal offense, because the prefix “Buy it”. Coverage is not clear whether the agent has a dark complexion.
