Take it to court Schiphol (in Badhoevedorp) delivers judgment in the criminal case against Geert Wilders in the ‘less Moroccans‘ matter. The judges determine that the judgments of the PVV-foreman are punishable, but do not impose punishment. The sentence alone is enough punishment for the politician. Wilders incited discrimination, because he turned on a clear group of people, from the same region. From a legal point of view, there is then race. Wilders is acquitted of inciting hatred. The statements are a form of conscious group insult. The entire Moroccan population group in the Netherlands was dismissed as inferior. Wilders is not present at the verdict and he will appeal against the verdict. The political party Voor Nederland calls it a "black day for freedom of expression“. Outside, two protesters are present with a protest sign on which “In …. do you want more or less political processes?” staat. The Public Prosecution Service also appeals.
