One of the many communities that have been confronted in recent years with the phenomenon Lonsdale youth was Zoetermeer. However, the size, development and the role of city government thereby fell so out of tune that now there is a strong group of radicalized Nazi youth: the Soetermeer Skinhead Front (SSF). 
At the root of the SSF is the world of the Zoetermeer Gabbers. The extreme right part of these young people themselves since 2003 increasingly clear manifested by causing trouble and violence and increasingly radical ideas. The first time there were visible problems with this group during the celebration of 5 mei in 2003. After arresting a urinater was a riot between the police and Zoetermeerse Gabbers. Some of the young people who were involved in these riots were active on the gabber website Zoetermeer Hardcore.
In the months after the incident began NNJ (the youth organization of the extreme right party NNP) an attempt to take to organize the people involved in this site. This was done under the direction of Paul Peters, which involves the use made of his Zoetermeerse contacts: comrades Rens Kaaijk and Sjors Remmerswaal and his brother Danny Peters. Informal meetings were organized and the youngsters were decals to stick with full Zoetermeer. In addition single folder actions were organized. Indeed, it managed to attract some of these cronies for the activities of the NNP.
At the same time came in Zoetermeer the Gabber scene increasingly clear in the picture with the local authorities because of a series of violent incidents, assaults and fights. The highlight of these incidents took place again on Liberation Day, in 2004, a year after the first riot. Gabbers Zoetermeer Hardcore fell into conflict with other revelers and police. About a hundred cronies were eventually clashed with police, by means of charges, dogs and arrests put an end to the unrest.
In this period there was also a part of this Gabbers that radicalized rapidly. Begin 2004 these went Gabbers call themselves Skinhead and presented themselves increasingly clear as National Socialists. This group mat later named Soetermeer Skinhead Front (SSF) to.
Log cabin
With the celebration of the sixtieth Liberation (in 2005) the prospect was expected – both Gabbers as Zoetermeerse drivers – that on that day riots would occur. Responding threw that potential problems Paul Peters – now away from the NNP and became leader of Outpost Netherlands – himself as the representative of the Zoetermeer Gabbers and suggested the council to organize a private party for the Zoetermeer Gabbers. The municipality agreed to this proposal and suggested building the log cabin available. Op 5 May, in fact there is a party place, but not for the Zoetermeer Gabbers. For Posters and SSF members were found to organize a skinhead party entitled 60 year occupation. At this party came mainly SSFers and a number of friends and acquaintances off. On that night Skinhead music was played, The Cabin was papered with Post-propaganda and those present went out to all kinds of racist and Nazi propaganda behavior.
Despite warnings in advance of, among other AFA, CIDI and the Central Jewish Board, the municipality had this feast undisturbed and passing under police protection. Initially, the town seemed to get away with this, but after the publication of photos of the party, where the right-wing propaganda was visible and the Hitler salute was taken on a large scale, was Leiden in last. The municipality frantically for a solution to this problematic group and was for some time a dialogue with Outpost and SSF. It even seemed as the SSF would have his own space. Which ultimately did not happen. The municipality finally decided to enter into dialogue with the gabber scene and interviews with the SSF and Outpost abort.
SSF
The SSF then developed into an increasingly clear profiled group. Because the group was going to keep an outspoken Nazi agenda after they alienated also Peters and Co., who saw in this little political future. The SSF example, organized a demonstration with four individuals following the attacks on the London Underground. Police arrested two people present because of drinking beer in public and wearing a swastika. Furthermore, a commemoration of Ian Stuart Donaldson organized, within the skinhead circles legendary singer of the band Skrewdriver Nazi. During the commemoration wooden Life was fired. The Tree of Life is a symbol used veelvuildig within right-wing circles and under another symbol of death.
After the schism between SSF and Outpost was open season on this new enthusiastic group. Several organizations made efforts to incorporate the group. At present it seems the Nazi group around Eite Homan, de Racial Volunteer Force (RVF), there are preliminary to the best managed. SSF has in any case contact Hagenees Dave Blom, belonging to the group should Homan. SSF was accompanied by Blom attended a demonstration in Dortmund (#1) and an NVU demonstration in The Hague.
SSF framework
The rapid radicalization of SSF not entirely unscathed expired. Now form a depleted group of ten to fifteen young people. However, there is growth of outside Zoetermeer. New members now come from across the country, but mainly from the Westland and The Hague. The core of the group consists of five young men, Alwin Walther, Gino Makkus, Ivo Henze, Misha van Dijck and Joey Hendriks.
Alwin Walther (16) SSF is the most profiled member. He has been since he was thirteen active right-wing extremist. Middle 2004 Walther is a founding member of the Dutch Social Nationalist People's Party. When these “partij” travels to Wassenaar with the plan to create an anti-Nazi memorial there” to destroy this rises from nothing: When we were in Wassenaar and not know where it was exactly, we began to ask around, but no one in that cancer hamlet knew where it was. Nowadays Walther in virtually all involved SSF activities. Are (yet) younger brother is involved in SSF.
Ivo Henze (20) was an important link in the organization of the Log Cabin-party and has since been prevalent on SSF meetings. After communal riot around the Cabin, the city government has been trying to Henze liable for the “image damage” of the municipality of Zoetermeer. However, this came to nothing.
Misha van Dijck (17) was also involved in the NSNVP. He is an SSF-ers of the first hour. In most SSF activities he was often to be found with his right arm and his left hand a beer.
Joey also Hendriks (18), carpenter from The Hague, arises from the Zoetermeer hardcore group and is an active member SSF.
Samenwerking
As already said, there have been several attempts after the break with Outpost to incorporate SSF. Briefly reunited Stormfront Netherlands initially seemed to catch the eye, but quickly ran spoke. Later, an SSF member railed against a founder of Stormfront Netherlands on the internet:

Meanwhile, we also collaborate with other regional splinter group, Free camaraderie de Zuid-Holland (as well: FKZ Action Group) the Gouda Jaimy Wassing. One visits include joint demonstrations. After the failure of the annexation by Stormfront Netherlands came Dave Blom and RVF in image and, as said, that cooperation seems successful. That can be observed by the visible contacts between SSF and Blom, but also through the acquisition of more and more elements of the ideology of the RVF. In addition to National Socialism, Semitism recently it there Leaderless Resistance-principle added to. It wants namely that the SSF has lifted itself recently officially. People were afraid that the SSF had played himself too much in the spotlight and that judicial persecution of the group threatened. Subsequently, it was Jeugdstorm Netherlands founded with the same people and ideology as the SSF. The difference is that the SSF is also actively recruited outside the Haaglanden region and Youth Storm Netherlands officially has no members. One suspects (wrongly) that this justice the wind out of the sails was taken.
Incidentally Jeugdstorm Netherlands has a crooked reasoned variant of the concept Leader Less Resistance. The original idea is based on single individuals or small groups who closed – without central control – start a terrorist struggle against the state. A concept that has been put into practice in the Netherlands by the so-called group-Hofstad. This concept finds support in RVF circles strong support, but apparently at the SSF and Youth Storm Netherlands still not completely penetrated what that means.
How the SSF and Youth Storm Netherlands will perish further is currently difficult to say. The radical nature and connection with RVF seem to guarantee a marginal and small-scale exist. But the strong roots in Gabber scene and the emergence of more such clubs in other regions could provide a larger organization. The risk is not apparent in the size of the group, but in the combination of the young age of the members, proven violent nature of the grassroots and the recently embraced ideology Leader Less Resistance. That seems an explosive mix with a high risk of accidents.
