The Jewish organization CIDI issues a press release stating that it will file a complaint against Jeroen de Kreek from Amsterdam for its three anti-Semitic websites with titles like “list of jews, Holocaustfraud on Holocaustbedrog”. The provider does not want to take them offline because of the freedom of expression. These sites contain the names of Dutch Jews and punishable anti-Semitic expressions.
A ruling by the Supreme Court of the Netherlands in an appeal case Jeroen de Kreek from Amsterdam because of his anti-Semitic statements on his website and insulting and threatening two politicians. For this he was acquitted in april 2015 for complete insanity and mental illness. Because Jeroen de Kreek no counsel turned on to serve in writing on means of appeal, his appeal inadmissible.
The Court of Appeal in Amsterdam a man declares in Amsterdam insanity in an appeal case. He places since 2011 all kinds of provocative anti-Semitic texts in various private websites. He also denied the Holocaust and threatened all sorts of politicians. The texts are indeed punishable, but the man has such a mental disorder, that he is not punished for.
