neo-Nazi Stefan Wijkamp from Oosterbeek loses a case before the Council of State. He had the police asked for documents relating to the commitment at a meeting of the Nationaal Socialistisch Front in Nieuw Scheemda in 2009. After him this was partly refused, he started legal proceedings.

The Court Groningen says the neo-Nazi Stefan Wijkamp from Oosterbeek free of ignoring a noodbevel on a barbeque meeting NSF en Blood & Honour Nederland. In augustus 2009 seized the police when a group of neo-Nazis met in Nieuw Scheemda. It noodbevel was not valid because the mayor's post was an overweight agent. Wijkamp celebrates his victory in the courtroom exuberantly with his comrades. For example, the former is NVU foreman Joop Glimmerveen present and a delegation of Division North Country B&H-Nederland.

3.1 Right-wing extremism
Fragmentation, fragmentation and disagreement longtime characteristic of right-wing extremism in the Netherlands continued in 2009 further by.
