A newspaper today reported that the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam has determined that a student of a school Den Helder should be given a community service because they 2012 a classmate scolded for 'kutturk'. The students had been arguing over where the girl was repeatedly discriminatory comments. The boy was then beaten her once and was expelled from school. The girl had to make a piece about discrimination, but the Court found that insufficient.
