The Supreme Court pointed to Den Haag issue a further appeal of the journalist in Amsterdam Internet-based media GeenStijl. The journalist was 14 november 2014 sentenced to a conditional penalty for sending an insulting message november 2012 to an anti-Zwarte Piet activist. He then wrote: “you are another stupid next to a nigger, hideous and a liar“. There are already apologized in the meantime, but roads to light in the procedure to avoid a conviction.
