The College for Human Rights expresses its opinion on a major telecommunications company in Den Haag. It is a Somali man who in February 2014 is told that his contract with a subsidiary in Utrecht is not renewed. The manager wants the team “witter” make. Here, however, he was referring to the attitude towards fraud, not the color of the man. Hence the Board finds that there is no discrimination. There is prohibited distinction in the treatment of the discrimination complaint. The company never joined the talks on the complaint on the content.
