The municipality Soest meets on the reception of asylum seekers and potential sites for this. There are some commentators from the corner of the PVV such as Patrick van Rijn of the Partij voor Soest, to act against the shelter. He has been with the PVV-action group AZC-Alert. Op 1 October decision, the municipality finally no AZC in Soest to allow. There would be insufficient support among politicians and among the population.
