Today the court Almelo announced that the investigation into the criminal case against the NVU and its president Constant Kusters van 14 last August reopened. The judge wants to investigate who exactly the racist expressions on the demonstration in Enschede in may 2011 did. They want image- sound and add to the dossier. The continuation of this case is on 12 februari 2013.
