The magistrate in Assen convicts two men Emmen for assaulting a gay man in December 2013 a gay meeting at Emmen. They say they did not know they were on a gay meeting place when they were approached sexually by a man. They beat him below. Both men are fined and have to pay damages. They are today almost evicted by the court, the court because they are hurtful comment on homosexuality.
