the councilor Tomas Kok gets out of the fraction of Leefbaar Leiden because of his dissatisfaction with the party. He takes two duoraadsleden with supporting him in his council work. He can not PVV join because Geert Wilders of PVV does not want to organize local chapters. Tomas Kok thus remains independent council member in Leiden.
