A man from Nijmegen will be fined in a criminal case on appeal before the Court of Appeal Arnhem. He has already been penalized for this on 12 May 2016, but appealed. He gets the punishment for an insult augustus 2015 in Nijmegen. Then he scolded a person of Turkish descent with: “dirty cunt foreigner” en “go back to your own country“. For the charge group insult the Court sees insufficient evidence, so remains alone belediging stand.
