In Arnhem two guys come to court in December 2014 in Wageningen in nightlife berating a group of students, mistreat and offend. They will each receive a prison sentence of six months unconditionally. The boys cried out “faggot” en “fagot” a Chinese-Italian gay couple who belonged to the student group. Yet they are not prosecuted for discrimination, because they have not said anything about all gay men, according to the prosecutor. The court does take the manifestations of gay hatred into his judgment, whereby the penalties two months go up. The violence was perpetrated especially in the gay couple targeted.
