A criminal case in Lelystad by two brothers from 't Harde and Warnsveld for assaulting a gay man in a gay meeting place at Hilversum in november 2002. The victim came shortly after the assault killed, After a heart attack. The Prosecution believes that this is due to stress from the abuse. There were three other suspects, but against them is insufficient evidence. The brothers both get a year in prison.
