The court in Den Bosch rejects the claim of a gay man from Helmond af. He had demanded that his homophobic neighbor would be put out of his home after threats and harassment. Since the court can not properly investigate the case and the case was filed against the housing association, not against neighbor, the plaintiff loses the case. He goes on appeal.
