A Syrian man, with an Italian passport, comes with his car at the check a ferry to make the crossing from Hoek van Holland to Harwich in England. There is a problem with their reservation and must wait for half an hour. When he later can check in at another desk he makes several times a shooting gesture with his hand to the earlier desk staff, which let him wait. An alarm is beaten and the employee shall report to the Trooper for threat. The Syrian is taken apart, and misses his boat. He then feels discriminated against because of his Syrian origin and reports it to College voor de Rechten van de Mens.
