The Court Dordrecht gives a 63-year-old bus driver from Vlaardingen a contingent of twenty hours community service. He had in August 2012 quarreled on the bus Oud-Beijerland. Here he had a wife from Dordrecht racially abused with slogans like "You are Afrikaans and you are a monkey”. He had grabbed her by the throat. The judge let the discriminatory aspect not taken into account in the sentence and punish the eruption only insult and abuse. The public prosecutor is not against appeal.
