The Court Amsterdam speaks a bookseller free after he was indicted for selling the book Mein Kampf Adolf Hitler. The book is full of anti-Semitic passages. Selling the book is indeed punishable, But a conviction would violate freedom of speech. The decision does not mean that there are no circumstances imaginable, including the distribution of the book it is punishable. The Public Prosecutor is in appeal because the book incites hatred, discrimination and violence against Jews.
