The Court of Appeal in Den Haag two police officers punished for threatening a Polish tramp in August 2009. The agents were then the nuisance Hobo tired and wanted to teach him a lesson. She grabbed him Bleiswijk and brought him to a secluded spot in Moerkapelle. There they conducted a mock execution and suggested that the Pole had to dig his own grave. The officers in this appeal case get away with lower sentences than them previously got it from a lower court. One agent gets nine months' imprisonment and the other comes away with a conditional community service 240 hour. They also lost their jobs.
