A criminal case in Amsterdam against five suspects 26 maart 2012 were involved in a brawl in downtown Amsterdam. It concerns five Moroccan-Dutch men who “negerhoer” cried to a pregnant Moroccan-Dutch woman who walked there with her Surinam-Dutch friend. The friend went to get a story and a fight ensued, in which the woman would also have been kicked in her side. A week later, she lost her premature baby. The prime suspect is released Almere and he is accused of racism. Civil penalties are required. According to the Public Prosecutor, there is no evidence that the woman has been abused and therefore has no connection with the death of the baby. The verdict should be in two weeks, but this does not get publicity.
