The Court of Appeal in Arnhem provides that the mayor Bronckhorst during the commemoration of 4 May 2012 in Vorden past the graves of German soldiers had been allowed to walk. This was him last year banned by the court following a lawsuit by a Jewish advocacy. The Court states that the council could have whistle mayor, but this is not the right.
