The Council of State shall render a lawsuit from coffeeshops Tilburg en Maastricht. That litigation for two years at the fact that they have to keep foreigners out of their affairs. The State Council stipulates that municipalities may decide that foreigners are not allowed in coffee shops. They can combat drug tourism and crime. The court is therefore legitimate indirect distinction on nationality.
