A ruling by the Court of Appeal Den Bosch in the case of a gay man from Helmond threatened by his neighbors. He had in November 2012 his housing association sued to force them to turn it off neighbors. When the judge ruled, however, that he had previously provided too little information. Today, the Court confirmed that statement.
