The Board for the Protection of Human Rights rules on the complaint of a Georgian specialist at a medical training institute of a university in Amsterdam and a foundation from Utrecht. Specialist training meant that he was placed on Heavy departments because of his origins. Training defended himself by stating that these placements are made on the basis of his knowledge and background. The Board proposes that no distinction based on race was designed.
