The Court Amsterdam makes a decision in a case between the broadcaster PowNed from Amsterdam and a Syrian refugee who is on 1 oktober 2015 in a broadcast was portrayed as a gay hater and a sex-hungry man. It concerned edited recordings at an AZC Apeldoorn. Here's what december 2015 already a lawsuit over that PowNed then lost. Today's statement is two-fold. PowNed was allowed to broadcast the part about disapproving homosexuality, but the passages about testicles and sex are not. This still requires the broadcaster 2500 euro compensation payment. The journalist should have made himself known about the previous court, but the court now determines that this should not have been necessary.
