A man from Heerhugowaard stands up for the judge Alkmaar due to a quarrel on neighbors 5 juni 2016. He then argued with his Turkish-Dutch neighbor and afterwards played hard racist music from his open balcony door. He sang loudly with a discriminating and hateful text about Turks. He then also scolded a Moroccan-Dutch neighbor, who witnessed the incident, out for “whore“. He is given a suspended sentence.
