The court in Amsterdam condemns the former far-right foreman Wim Vreeswijk from Utrecht up to fourteen months in prison, of which four months probation. He has been guilty of large-scale tax fraud for a group of approximately 2500 mostly immigrant clients, whom he assisted as a tax advisor. He has seriously disadvantaged them in completing their returns. Wim Vreeswijk is also not allowed to work as a tax consultant for three years. Many customers have run into problems because they have to pay money back. An appeal in this case is due in March 2018.
