The Board for the Protection of Human Rights is considering a complaint of discrimination by the Hotline Amsterdam on behalf of man from Lithuania has been filed against a ticked off Den Haag. The Lithuanian was in March 2013 no close regular subscription because he has no Dutch identity and certain residence documents missing. The Board considers that the phone company thus has no prohibited discrimination on grounds of nationality, because the indirect discrimination is not prohibited.
