A criminal case in Breda against a man Tilburg for committing three offenses in april 2016 in his hometown; destruction, group insult and abuse. It concerns an elderly man arguing with a cyclist who is cycling on the sidewalk. He hit that cyclist in the face and shouted: “black cunt” en “black cancer“. Today he gets a short community service and has to pay a small compensation.
