A 28-year-old American with dark skin from Winschoten sentenced by the court Groningen. He threatened late November 2014 Sinterklaas in a Winschoten by making a cutting movement with his hand along its neck and to be in danger of stabbing them in two Black Peters. He experiences the face painting as racism. At the trial, he continues to speak out against the racist character of Sinterklaas. He gets a community of fifty hours, also another threat, half of which conditionally. He needs two helpers each pay compensation.
