The Institute for Human Rights rules on a complaint by two caravan dwellers against the municipality Kampen. He stopped renting a pitch IJsselmuiden. The Institute states that there is no discrimination based on race. The woman has only recently started living in a caravan and the man cannot demonstrate that he actually lived in the place of employment and he does not provide any facts showing that he was discriminated against. His family has lived in mobile homes for generations.
