The magistrate Arnhem convicts a 72-year-old woman Zutphen for assault and group insult to a partly conditional fine. The end of March 2016 she assailed, at a bus shelter Zutphen, a Muslim woman because she wore a headscarf. She brought this in in connection with the attacks Brussel en ISIS. She tried to snatch the scarf and bystanders avoided a confrontation. The police judge finds that assault has not been proven, but does see evidence for the group insult. The woman also has to pay a small compensation. The 72-year-old woman is appealing the ruling, which is due in November 2017.
