Football goalkeeper Kenneth Vermeer from Feyenoord from Rotterdam is in on thursday Almere got mad at the police for being ‘was pulled aside for the umpteenth time because of his expensive car'. According to a Vermeer spokesperson, the officers saw a dark-skinned man driving an expensive car and that was the reason for the check. Police say Vermeer's skin color had nothing to do with the check. They cannot see who is in the car through the dark windows. The spokesman says this is nonsense and the windows are really not so dark that you cannot look inside.
