The court in Assen pronounces in summary proceedings that two men are out Meppel have filed against the municipality Meppel. The first session was finished 14 April and then the men demanded that there be no AZC at a location near them. They say they fear financial damage. The men lose this injunction because they do not sufficiently demonstrate that they will suffer damage. The men do not want to accept the decision and are considering next steps.
