A man from Rotterdam fined in court Almelo for threatening the mayor of Enschede in maart 2016. He then posted a photo of that mayor on the internet with a combined Dutch-Turkish flag. That photo was taken at a meeting because of the 400 years of relations between the two countries, where the mayor was present. However, the Rotterdammer added: “Here is but 1 penalty, the bullet. Treason and in 1945 all these traitors were against the wall“. On the same internet platform where he wrote these texts, the Rotterdammer also placed likes for the NVU in the PVV.
